I'll make a long story short and just say that this is something I've wanted for years but have always struggled to confirm due to my busy work schedule.I've decided enough is enough and I'm going to move forward.I work in a very small office. My boss is someone I respect and I'm relied on significantly for the day to day operations. I have no issue obtaining time off, however, when necessary.I am uncomfortable being 100% honest about the procedure with my colleges. I just want to keep it private. I'm determined to do this without disclosing the true reason for the time off. I've considered lying about the procedure and telling him that it's something non-plastic surgery related. I certainly don't want to get caught in a lie, but it's something I prefer to keep between my family and myself. Any suggestions? I've considered gull bladder removal, appendix, etc. Anyone have a similar experience?
