Recovery home vs private care in the Miami area?

I am planned for surgey August-18-17 and I don't now if I should go to a recovery home or if I should hire someone for personal care and get a hotel?Allll help is great..Also anyone getting sx on or around that date? I need a sx buddy as I will be by myself .
