I did Fraxel. The doctor completed one side of my face when his phone rings. He picks it up. He is holding the laser pointer at my face with one hand and his phone with the other. He is talking to his son, asking about his day and other mundane topics. He had a complete lack of focus on the second half of the procedure. He didn't apologize or explain why he picked up his phone. I noticed he missed some spots a couple of days later. This was not a cheap treatment.
