Restoring a bifid tip, with two clearly separate tip cartilages

Hello all, My surgeon removed my tip bifidity, and now my nose just looks like an undefined smooth ball. None of the contours of my original nose are present.

I want my old bulbous tip back, it fit my face and personality. However, in most revisions I have not seen surgeons restore it, whereas I need it to get more definition back (not sharpness, but little details in the nose). Anyone have suggestions?
