Anyone have any reviews about tummy tucks at teaching hospitals?

I need a tummy tuck badly! Im sure everyone thinks they do but I really do! The problem... same as most NOT ALOT OF MONEY. I am trying to find as many people as I can who have had tummy tucks or any kind of surgery in teaching hospitals, preferably in New York.  I had a consult at Lenox Hill last year but the surgeon is not longer their so I would just like a general opinion from any/everyone.
