Revision at 60?

Hello everyone. Happy New Year. I had upper and lower eyelids done in 1998 (heredity bags under the eyes) and was very happy with it. I am in Paris France. Originally, I consulted for the lower eye bags but the surgeon suggested getting both done, and I did. Was happy for years.

As it's been now 27 years, time has taken its toll (I'll be 61 in February). I have had other medical issues so I will need to make sure this is good for me (including dry eye, chronic blepharitis, etc.). I spent the past 4 years dealing with a serious and rare autoimmunue disease so my looks were not my priority. My right eye developed a red puffy part near the nose and about 2 months ago, a fat pocket appeared on the other side of the right eye.

Here is a photo from 2010 (about 12 years after the initial surgery so still looked good) and the below photo is tonight !

My question to those of you over 60 and have had revision surgery, how did it go?

Thanks in advance.
