Hey everyone. I have puffiness or bags under my eyes, have had them for years now, and I'm curious if there are any permanent solutions to getting rid of them for good. I would like laser corrective surgery for my eyesight but not until these atrocious bags are gone. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
