Has anyone who has had a TT had a nutrition/supplement plan to assist with recovery? Taking a holistic approach, it seems likely that good nutritional support should help aid recovery. so far, i have heard these things:
- vitamin C 1000mcg per day
- turmeric for inflammation reduction
- arnica for bruising reduction
- protein is important
- veges for constipation reduction (along with prescribed laxatives)
anything else that people would recommend I consider?
