Rupture after 11 years: Teardrop to smooth round

Hi!
11 years ago at the age of 33 I got implants for the first time. Sientra textured gummy bear tear drop implants, 370cc.

i never got my imants checked so I have no idea when a rupture may have happened. However, a few months ago I had my first mammogram done, with a follow-up ultrasound. At the end of the ultrasound, I was told that my left implant was ruptured. I wonder if it was caused my the mammogram, but I have no way to know.

I found a plastic surgeon to replace the implants but they only do the smooth round in Sientra. Which is fine, I don't want textured anymore with all the risks they come with and thats really the only way to have teardrop so they don't move.

This Friday I go in and am getting 350cc HP smooth rounf exchanged for my teardrop.

For those who have done an exchange, how is the recovery compared to the first time? Also, has anybody gone from teardrop to round and been happier with the resilts? I'm also a little nervous about going with High Profile but I guess with my frame it works best.

I wish these things just lasted forever!
