Where's safe for butt implants closest to the UK ??

I really want butt implants but can't seem to see any in the UK only 2 places and I'm not fully sure in London am I safe to go here? I seen Dr aslani in Spain and I really am interested in him would u recommend me to go to Spain or stay in the UK??
