Can anyone share long term scar results from gynecomastia surgery? (not the minimally invasive areolar type)

Looks like I MAY have to have the open type due to sagging skin. I've seen some photos of post op, but typically no more that a month or two out.
Wondering what the long term results are on those type of incisions.
