What's the best way to shower after TT? Stand or bathtub chair?

I am one day post op Tummy Tuck  No lipo however I'm really really sore! I can't stand up and that I know is normal? But what's the best options to shower?  Stand up with with help or shower  bench chair! ? My Dr  said I can take a shower tomorrow
