I'm 14 weeks post op after lollipop breast lift, under the muscle implants, and an internal bra. They've dropped slightly but haven't filled out in the side lower pole of my breast. So while they've dropped, the shape remains the same. I don't love the shape of my breasts, I think they look top heavy, almost triangular. One of my breasts also has some extra sagging skin that the surgeon will remove in the future.
Is this the final shape of my breasts or will the side of the lower pole eventually fill out? Is the internal bra keeping the side lower pole from filling out and is that permanent?
