Anyone my size?! 5’8” 165, 36A, wanting 400-425cc. What will it look like?!

A plastic surgeon suggested 325-375cc but the more i look around it seems as if those will be too small. The sizers look big. I don’t want a pornstar look but i do want noticeable cleavage. I want to balance out my butt not to be top heavy. I’ll post pics of my before (now), my butt that I’m trying to balance, and with sizers (white t shirt in office). I find a lot of women here whom are shorter and smaller but none my height and thickness to give me a better idea. PLEASE HELP!!
