   Hi all,
I have been using tretinoin give by doc previously in Jan 2023 and
it causes a  lot of  raised texture, indentations, bumps under skin but
not acne..and pigmentation on my skin esp cheeks. I stopped after a 1-2
months using it but since then my skin never recover. Tried putting
hydrating creams but it will not go away. I have tried 2x microneedling,
1 x plinest, 3 pico lasers...a specialist doc in ukraine i consulted
online mentioned that tretinoin causes severe inflammation and internal
fibrosis..i read abt someone in a forum who got successfully treated
with tretinoin damage with IV stemcell treatment there...im just now
using gentle cleanser and dermavidual base cream...

proposed treatment :-

"eliminate internal fibrosis in the epidermis (these are injections
of deep tissue repair exosomes + anti-inflammatory cytokines LI-4,
LI-10.). further introduction of umbilical cord mesenchymal cells to
replace damaged cells + progenitor endothelial cells for the
proliferation of small vessels, improving skin nutrition."

Have anybody encountered the same problem with tretinoin...ppls
share and any feedback or exp to treat this condition..thanks
