Best Way to Sleep Post Op?

I am getting my breasts done in August and I'm starting to think about these things. I love sleeping on my stomach. People say sleeping flat on your back hurts too much. Is it going to feel like an elephant standing on me? I am a little nervous! I like my sleep haha.
