Stats: 24 yo, 32A, 114 lbs 5'5" - very bony, I want to be a small D or a full C, but unsure if I can even go as big as a D? I have little to no breast tissue and am very thin and very narrow build, I am still debating between saline vs silicone... I like the saline as they seem less risky but seems with what I have silicone would look better but am nervous about the added health risks and maintenance. Anyone around my size post op have some advice?
