Will I ever stand up straight again?

I am one week in and can't stand straight and I'm still very hunched over. I had a tummy tuck with Lipo to the flanges. My back is killing me worse than the incision, could my surgeon have pulled me too tight? Will I ever stand up straight again? How long is the recovery for this procedure? I was told approximately 2 weeks and I don't feel like I'm going to be able to go back to work in another week.
