When will I be able to stand up straight?

I am 12 days post full tummy tuck & hip/waist lips.  I always seem to be able to bounce back from things rather quickly. I believe I did so a little too quickly this time as I lost one of my drains postoperatively: actually I had to pull it out in the bathroom at a store because I got caught on my button. Then I began to swell under my belly button which is slowly getting better.  So now I still have one drain that's hanging in there. My problem is I cannot stand up straight without feeling like I'm going to rip apart at the seams. Is this normal? I treat my incision with the prescribed lotion & I also use Coco oil all around the skin above and below I try to massage lightly and I lay on my bed after taking a warm shower to try to stretch the skin &  muscles, but it hurts for hours after.  Not just the incision,  but my skin as well. No matter what I do I can't stand up straight,  my lower back is killing me,  and I feel like I'm never going to be normal again. Is there anything else that anyone knows I can do to help? Should I force it a bit more?  How strong are the sutures? Will they rip? I do not want to hurt myself and I certainly don't want to reopen my incision. But I NEED to stand up straight. I think I should be feeling much better by this point. I just don't know what to do.
