I'm on day 4 of my first tray...or the "training tray" as my ortho called it. My teeth are uncomfortable, which I understand and can deal with. What I am having a hard time dealing with is the sharp edges. The front bottom has created a sore on my inner bottom lip, I have cutouts for elastic :( that is cutting up the inside of my upper lip. The edges on the backside of my teeth are cutting up my tongue. This can't be normal!!!! I cant possibly deal with this for 18months!Also, I find myself clenching my teeth all the time now...normal?
