I had my surgery in 2008. I was all shy of 480 lbs. I lost 275 lbs of that and successfully kept it off over the years. I'm 46 now and I have gained apx 30 unwanted pounds. Any suggestions on getting the weight back off? I really haven't changed my eating habits. So unsure of what to do
