Suggestions for microneedling/dermarolling products

I'm going to purchase either a 1.0 or 1.5 mm roller but there's a plethora of product info online and I'm not sure which are good/reputable, and which aren't. I found Vaughter's Wellness site with a lot of info there about good and poor products but they also sell so I'm hoping to get unbiased recommendations. Thanks for any you can offer.Also, if you used topical anesthetic cream, any you found worked really well . . .
