Surgeon Recommendation

I’m looking into having a nose job in Turkey. Can anyone personally recommend a surgeon they have used? I need the tip of my nose lifting and the bump removed. So far I have researched Sulleyman Tas, Muhammet Dilber and Arda Pelen.
