Do surgeons offer lower/discounted rates for patients who pay cash?

I'm considering a breast augmentation +/- lift depending on the surgeon's suggestion. I'm budgeting $6k-8k for the procedure (in Atlanta), and I'm wondering if surgeons have price deals for patients who pay in full, out of pocket?
