Non-surgical options???

After giving birth to my first child everything felt a little less tight but it wasn't too bad. After giving birth to my second child I have lost a lot of sensation. After the first minute or so having sex I really can't feel much and it feels super loose to me. I used to be able to climax from sex but I can't anymore. Now I can only climax from a vibrator or other methods. I MUCH prefer to climax from sex (much more intense for me). I don't really want to go the surgery route because of the expense and possible complications. I've started to look at things like Geneveve or VIVEVE and similar non-surgical procedures but I am conflicted on the wide range of results (based on peoples reviews). Has anyone ever used something liked a "penis sleeve"? I've heard about them but I have never used one or talked to any actual person who has. Has anyone used one or have any experience with them? I guess your partner wears it (kind of like a condom I guess) but they are thicker and add some length. I want to know if anyone has any experience with them before I try to have an awkward conversation with my husband. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
