Hi Ladies! Have any of you figured out a way to talk to your kids about breast lift/augmentation surgery? I am planning to have a lift and implants done in August but am unsure as to what to say to my kids when they ask what's wrong with mommy. My son is 5 and probably won't care at all, but my daughter is almost 10 and will notice if I am sore and wrapped up, not to mention she will notice that my breasts have changed. I'm concerned that if I tel her the truth- that I was unhappy with the way my body looked after having children- that it may impact her budding self-image. I don't want her to be unhappy with her physical appearance at such a young age. What are you thoughts on this? Have any other moms out there dealt with this? I look forward to your responses. :)
