I have 640cc (2nd BA first was 460cc) and still am not satisfied. I want close to a fake look but do not want long term complications and have been told and read 640 already is considered large. But they look average except in certain pics. How big did you go? Pics? I’m thinking I may need saline or to go outside the US for silicone.
