Tear Drop Breast Augmentation with Internal Bra 355cc Question

Hi! I am wondering if anyone has experience or professional advice for my upcoming breast augmentation.  I am getting around 355 cc tear drop extra full profile with internal bra by alloderm (also does anyone any of the differences between alloderm and galaflex and if one is preferred over the other?) My greater question is could the use of the internal bra with not such heavy implants make for unnaturally perky breasts? Like I want them to have a natural hang if that makes sense. But understand that too much sag is not ideal and that it could/does happen more likely as we age. Furthermore would the internal bra also help keep the tear drop in place and negate any 'turning' or 'fliping' that you especially don't want to happen with these types of implants?

More info: I am a transgender female I have around a small B currently. I got a solid A through HRT and then a fat transfer last year got me to about a B. I want bigger breasts to even out my broader frame and suit me better as I am on the taller side 5'9''. My surgeon has done two of my surgeries before, FFS & the lipo/fat transfer, so I do trust him. When at the consultation he said 'We'll add an internal bra' kinda quickly and briefly so I thought its just something he does routinely which I'm sure he does. But after looking into it it seems not every doctor does and that its usually done the majority of the time with patients with bigger implants, older, already saggy prone, or revision/lifts. However, I also saw handfuls of reputable surgeons, posted more recently, talking about how everyone getting implants should probably get the internal bras (or that they do install them in everyone of their patients) and how they are a very underlooked, groundbreaking tool in the world of breast augs.

Also just to state: the extra cost's of the internal bra isn't a concern as this is all covered through my insurance. My main concern is just making sure that it allows for a natural sag for someone like me getting it installed.

Thank you so much if you read through all of this! Look forward to anyone opinions or feedback :)
