I'm terrified of blood transfusion after a BBL in the Dominican Republic, has anyone had to have one?

I am getting ready to go to the Dominican Republic for BBL procedure. I am so worried that I may need a blood transfusion, and I am afraid that the blood is not screened properly in the third world country.
