I've searched and searched and it seems like the ones who specialize in Asian plastic surgeries are in major cities like LA, NY or Chicago. There are plenty of plastic surgeons in Columbus who perform eye surgeries, but not Asian eye surgery. I would even consider Cleveland or Cincinnati.
