Thermage vs. Thermage FLX, for face and neck, and jowls?

I'm between age 65-67, would I have good results for tightening,sagging and define jaw line. What type of downtime is there? is there peeling, redness, or swelling etc ? and is there another treatment that would be better for those issues? How much should it cost?
