Thigh lift surgeon in UK?

Can anyone recommend a good UK surgeon who specialises or has lots of experience doing thigh lifts? I've been doing lots of research but most of the surgeons I come across appear to be in Europe or the United States.
Has anyone had successful thigh lift surgery here in the UK?
