Will the tip of my nose eventually droop more after my revision rhinoplasty?

I had a revision rhinoplasty less than 3 weeks ago. I know it's very early in my recovery, but I am worried because the tip of my nose looks too upturned. I had a hanging columella and my nose was a little long. The doctor corrected this but now it looks too short and turned up. Will my tip eventually drop? I am very depressed about this.
