I'm getting my procedure done on Monday and I was freaking out about how I was going to wash/comb my hair after the procedure. I have long, curly hair that tangles easily. Then I realized I could make everything WAY easier if I cut a few inches off my hair and set an appointment for my hairstylist to wash/style my hair 4 days after the procedure, with dry shampoo in between. That should get me through the first week. I'm hoping this works but I also hope this idea can help others who are pre-op. Any other ideas you have to make functioning during recovery as easy as possible? My husband will be with me for a full week so he can take care of the kids, but then I'm on my own when he goes back to work. All tips are appreciated!!!
