I had a breast reduction and lift 10 days ago, went from a 34D to a 34B. I went home from the hospital bandaged, no bra. The bandages were removed after 2 days and my surgeon advised I didn't need a bra. While I trust my surgeon, I've seen so much on the internet about the importance of a post-op bra, I'm a bit concerned. I know my breasts will drop in the coming months but I'm concerned about making it worse by not wearing a bra. I would be devestated to end up with saggy breasts again. A second question: I was surprised at how little pain I was in after the surgery, but seem to be feeling it more now 10 days later. My left breast is quite sore and I started getting sharp pains in my nipple. Is this normal?
