Training with Motiva implants

I'm considering a BA using Motiva Ergonomix and have been advised to go dual plane by my surgeon for the most natural look. The only thing I'm worried about, is animation deformity as I train 5-6x times per week incl. press ups, pull ups and heavy weight lifting. I'm worried they will look and feel unnatural as my gym buddy removed hers (not Motiva) because she hated how it felt!! Two other friends of mine (dual plane) have lost a lot of mobility in the shoulder joints and struggle with pains and weakened pectoral muscles, making them unable to do many of the exercises and activities I love! Any experience or feedback on training with Motiva implants would be tremendously appreciated. Thanks!
