Transgender woman in Connecticut looking for surgeons

Hello, I am currently 5'3 and 130 lbs. I am transgender and I am looking to get liposculpture / BBL done.I ideally would like to reduce my waist / abdominal / love handle / flank / back fat and enhance the size of my buttocks / hip area to give me a more feminine shape.I live in Connecticut and I am looking for surgeons in the area and prices.Does anyone have any suggestions of surgeons? Especially those that have performed this on transgender individuals?Also I have heard that fat that is transferred to the hip area will mostly not survive. Is this true?
