Looking to Get a TT, BBL and New Breast Implants is It Safe to Have Them All Done? Dr. Referral For African American Patient?

Although the prices for traveling abroad sound great, I'd rather stay on American soil but do not want to pay for the rest of my life. Also, Does anyone know of a Board Certified Surgeon who specializes in African American surgeries? I'm 44 years young and I have been lugging this mid-section w/ stretch marks around with me since the birth of my 1st child 26 years ago! please help!
