Has anyone had a Tummy Tuck or a Breast Augmentation with Lift at any of the New York city teaching hospital?

I am 35 years old I  lost 100 lbs and have a lot of loss skin my breast is hitting the floor lol I am looking to having a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with lift I really can't afford these new york city prices I don't mind traveling for a good price with a great Doctor So that's why I am looking to going to a teaching hospital
