Hello, I am 46 years old and I've been thinking of getting a tummy tuck for a while now. I had 3 kids, my youngest is 18. I weight 90 kg and I am 1,62cm high. I know I am heavy but I do workout 3 times a week, I have no health problems. I would like to have a tummy tuck and inner thigh lipo. Can I get any advise? I think that being 46 I want to be able to enjoy my body before is too late.
