Hi there, My doctor keeps saying that my muscle repair is intact when I know it is'nt anymore ( I had a few incidents, popping noises etc). How can I know for sure if my muscles have released? Will an ultra sound tell me, an MRI? Also, if they have released what are my options?, Very dissapointing:(( My doctor said I tore something as he removed alot of bloody fluid and he put me on antibiotics, he was just very unclear on WHAT I tore?? He just kept saying that there was no way my stitches loosened. After the incident my whole upper abdomen flared out and I completely lost the tightness I had fallen in love with, now im back to the old muffin top.... I need options please
