Has anybody had upper and lower eyelid surgery at the Forme Clinic with MUDr. Petr Jan Vašek?

I am looking into having my upper and lower eyelids done as they are extremely saggy. I have never had any cosmetic procedures before and a bit nervous on going abroad to have this done, but it's so much cheaper. If anyone can give me any recommendations or indeed, if you've had the work done with Dr Vasek? Also, the recovery time for an operation like this? Will I be able to fly straight home, or would l need a few days in Prague? Also, local or general anaesthetic? Any advice at all, or even doctors you've used. Thanks in advance :)
