Hi! I had filler in the tip of my nose in December 2020 and it led to vascular occlusion/compression which would have been necrosis if I hadn’t gotten the filler dissolved right away. Ischemia (purple coloration) was really bad for a few months and is slowly dissipating but is still visible (and gets worse when my temperature fluctuates - especially when I’m cold). It’s now been 6.5 months and I’m worried I’ll have this discoloration permanently. Has anyone had this experience and if so, how long did it take to recover and did you use laser or anything?
