Vaser liposuction just done & fluids leaking

Hi everyone,I just had my Vaserliposuction yesterday and it was ok after I throw up. My affected areas are my manboob , tummy and also my waist .It is painful so far ,not sure what I can do to fasten the recovery?Doctor was relevantly busy and not much follow up after the suvery. Nurse told me to walk around so that fluids come out faster.Any ideas?Pls advice
