Vertical reduction of the chin after sliding genioplasty

More about Jaw Surgery

Hi, I recently went through a genioplasty and while it improved my side profile (used to have a receded chin), my front profile now looks longer than expected, especially my chin area. The lower third of my face is now longer than the middle third of my face.

I tried searching for vertical chin reduction surgery or mentoplasty on this site to no avail so I hope to receive some professional opinions on this.

Am hoping to shave off at least 5mm to 8mm in the vertical length of my chin without having to go through another genioplasty. All of that while removing the existing titanium plates in my upper and lower jaw under one GA setting.

Is the above feasible? And what would be the expected cost and its breakdown. Thank you.
