Wearing a bra to bed post breast augmentation?

Do you wear a bra to bed post breast augmentation? Some doctors suggest a sleep bra for several weeks post op whereas other doctors suggest sleeping naked. But what about 6 months or 1 year post op? Are you still wearing a bra to sleep in? Some RealSelf members and doctors are adamant about wearing a sleep bra forever to help ward off gravity (toward the armpits of course,) when sleeping. We'd love to hear your opinion and what you wear!
