Had my first post-op appointment this morning where they took off all of my dressings and I saw myself for the first time. Despite all of the bruising and scabbing (which she said is right on track with the normal healing process), my boobs have never looked better. In the before picture, you will see how drastically unsymmetrical they are. My right breast was a DDD and left breast was an F. Today I wore a bralette. I have never been able to wear one in my life because of the size and sagginess of my former breasts. This still doesn’t feel real!
