I am almost 3 weeks out. And feeling miserable! I am still in a lot of pain, having trouble eating enough protien and to make matters worse I have not lost a single pound in 8 days! I am sticking to the diet faithfully, walking 1-2 miles a day. I am feeling so much regret about doing this. Anyone experience this? What can I do to get the scale moving again? Any tips for the pain?
