I have had laser hair removal done many times on my face and arms. This past time the hair fell out on my face quickly. This is the second time I've had it done on the legs and underarms. After 4 weeks the hair on the legs, underarms and arms is just sitting there. I can see just beneath the surface. They did turn up the level this time compared to last time. I've tried exfoliating several times. I'm afraid of getting a bunch of in grown hairs.
