I had tear drop under muscle on 16/9/14 and wondering if I can wash my own hair today? Obviously not get my dressings wet but can I raise my arms above my head to shampoo and condition my hair? My pain is in my breasts and not my arms or underarms. Also, when does the tightness settle down? Please someone tell me it's much better by 2 weeks?!Thanks!
